Customer Service is the heart of our organization. It is the single point of contact, offering our customers a privileged relationship with a single point of contact. Its mastery of all our businesses and products grants it expertise in addressing various customer and internal requests.
Customer Service’s responsibilities include:
– Integrating and distributing transport flows by department.
– Responding to all requests or complaints from customers and end recipients, whether for our transport activities (Large Long-Term Loans, Small Long-Term Loans, courier services) or logistics (stock quantities, shortages, etc.).
– Providing support to our service providers as well as internal departments. We handle issues such as incorrect transport information, delivery issues, questions about item references, etc.
– Handling disputes, order cancellations, and merchandise returns.
– Ensure a commercial link with our customers and thus build their loyalty by providing them with daily solutions.
