Quality delivery remains a given, but it must now be accompanied by immediate information processing and availability.
To facilitate communication and service monitoring, we designed STTI Manager, a web service accessible to our clients, particularly customer service representatives.
The dashboards included in STTI Manager will provide you with a snapshot of your transportation and logistics activities.
On the logistics side, you can view each order in a simple and user-friendly way, including details of the products it contains, the stock levels for each item, assigned orders, stock shortages, and many other essential elements for the effective management of your customer relationships.
The logistics dashboard will give you an overview of the most frequently issued products, the most in stock, the number of packages prepared, and the number of orders shipped in real time.
On the transportation side, STTI Manager allows you to track the progress of each stage of the shipment: from logistical preparation to delivery validation. You’ll be able to view comments provided by our staff when scheduling telephone appointments, proof of delivery, and photos of the product in situ at the recipient’s location.

STTI Manager also provides you with a tracking URL that can be sent to the end customer to track the progress of their delivery or integrated into your customer management tools.
With STTI Manager, you can easily monitor your activity remotely and track transportation and logistics operations.
