Receiving your supplier orders on our logistics site

When the goods are received, the following are checked:

  • – Quantity: All packages are labeled with a barcode upon receipt in our warehouse and then scanned before being placed in storage;
  • – Quality: by our logistics team.
  • Integration and tracking of your orders by our customer service team;
  • Storage in one of our warehouses

Merchandise is stored by type and delivery zone in our warehouses.

Whether your storage is one-off or long-term, dedicated or multi-client, we offer various solutions:

We manage your products in multiple categories via our WMS. This allows you to manage, among other things, a product catalog, internal movements, product withdrawals, and storage invoicing.

Order preparation and loading

Preparation can be by unit, package, or pallet. Before loading, the delivery round is checked using barcodes, and then the packages are loaded securely (on suitable supports, secured, and protected) and according to your preferences (e.g., flatbed transport).

 

  • Shipping and delivery with tracking using our STTI Manager tool.
  • Returns and dispute management

Customer service handles product return requests, from the initial transport request to the product’s return to stock, the after-sales service area, or its destruction.

 

After-sales service requests, a service we provide at the request of our customers, are handled by customer service.

After-sales service for spare parts within our logistics warehouses

We understand that customer satisfaction depends on quality service, particularly when it comes to handling product returns. In compliance with the new provisions imposed by the AGEC law (anti-waste law for a circular economy), we offer our customers after-sales service management for spare parts.

 

After-sales service, including for non-standard parts:

  • – A dedicated space where spare parts are stored with all the appropriate supports;
  • Packaging materials adapted to specific packaging;
  • After-sales service orders are sent to the final recipient using the same transportation plan as other products.

Information flow management in real time via STTI MANAGER

Quality delivery remains a given, but it must now be accompanied by immediate information processing and availability.

 

To facilitate communication and service monitoring, we designed STTI Manager, a web service accessible to our clients, particularly customer service representatives.

 

The dashboards included in STTI Manager will provide you with a snapshot of your transportation and logistics activities.

 

On the logistics side, you can view each order in a simple and user-friendly way, including details of the products it contains, the stock levels for each item, assigned orders, stock shortages, and many other essential elements for the effective management of your customer relationships.

 

The logistics dashboard will give you an overview of the most frequently issued products, the most in stock, the number of packages prepared, and the number of orders shipped in real time.

 

On the transportation side, STTI Manager allows you to track the progress of each stage of the shipment: from logistical preparation to delivery validation. You’ll be able to view comments provided by our staff when scheduling telephone appointments, proof of delivery, and photos of the product in situ at the recipient’s location.

 

STTI Manager also provides you with a tracking URL that can be sent to the end customer to track the progress of their delivery or integrated into your customer management tools.

 

With STTI Manager, you can easily monitor your activity remotely and track transportation and logistics operations.
