This client was looking for a service provider capable of supporting the development of its e-commerce business. Its bulky products no longer fit into conventional courier services.

– Order reception, management, and tracking by our Customer Service team.
– Physical receipt of goods:
– Quality and quantity control via barcode scanning (reading existing barcodes or labeling goods).
– Sending a delivery report with photos to the customer.
– Storage of products according to delivery area and type (manu racks, cantilevers).
– Telephone appointment scheduling with customers, announcing a time slot of approximately 30 minutes.
– Delivery at the customer’s convenience, either to the garage or outside the property.
– Photographs of the delivered package and the delivery slip via the Gedmouv app; delivery information is sent to our operators and the customer (France Volet).
