Creation of an organic permaculture garden

The idea is to offer healthy and organic products to employees (honey, eggs, fruits, vegetables) in an accessible way. A market gardener manages the garden on a daily basis. The garden has become a place of sharing and conviviality where we can eat, spend time and where our internal events are organized when the weather permits.

Participation in the Energic Environmental Challenge

Organized for businesses in the Lucie community over a six-month period, our employees were challenged with CSR-themed missions. The results: 2,939 daily missions completed, 398 eco-friendly actions adopted, and team challenges completed: zero-waste breakfast, donation to a charity, vegetarian lunch, warm sweater operation, etc.

Implementation of Steeple, an enterprise social network

After several years on Workplace, we recently migrated to Steeple, a French internal communications solution. Each employee has an account and can contribute to the company by sharing news and various information. The information is available everywhere and to everyone, in real time. A touchscreen is located in the break room for those who wish to consult the network.

Setting up a CSR Club

Launched in October 2020 during European Sustainable Development Week, the CSR Club addresses PA*1 – Integrate the CSR** approach of our Lucie26000 certification.<br /> The club's objectives are to:<br /> - Launch small challenges.<br /> - Generate ideas for improvement.<br /> - Create small events with the help of people motivated by environmental protection and workplace well-being.<br /> * PA: Principle of Action. ** CSR: Corporate Social Responsibility.

Responsible and sustainable communication

STTI is committed to a greener and more responsible approach to communication, particularly in the choice of promotional items and giveaways.<br /> • Fabric tote bags for employees, but also distributed to customers during promotional gifts.<br /> • Pens made from recycled paper and cardboard.<br /> • Reusable insulated water bottles to encourage our employees and customers to reduce their use of plastic bottles and cups.<br /> • Plantable greeting cards to reduce paper waste. Once planted, these cards are replaced with a small assortment of flowers. The remaining cards were distributed to our employees and our market gardener.<br /> • Bamboo wireless chargers distributed to customers.<br /> • Local partners for certain gifts: chocolates, calendars.

Whit Monday: day of exchanges

Every other year, all employees meet on Whit Monday. The day is punctuated by 45-minute workshops on various topics (company life, CSR, safety, etc.) in which employees, divided into small groups, participate. A real day of exchange, it's an opportunity to meet colleagues, discuss various topics, and share a group meal.

Partner of the Troyes half-marathon

For nearly 10 years, STTI has participated in the Troyes Half Marathon every year and is a partner of the event. During the last edition in 2019, nearly 30 people wore our colors. A moment of cohesion and conviviality that brings together our employees, their loved ones, and a few sports clients.

La jeunesse représente l’avenir et STTI n’hésites pas à leur ouvrir ses portes que ce soit pour des visites guidées ou pour participer à des projets scolaires. Nous accueillons d’ailleurs régulièrement des stagiaires et alternants dans nos différents corps de métiers (administratif, conduite, exploitation, logistique).
